Holly has been teaching for 7 years at luxury fitness boutiques across London. She is a qualified Personal Trainer and Lead Barre instructor and regularly updates her knowledge. Holly has a wealth of experience in training clients who are pre- and post-natal, or are managing and recovering from injuries. Her hands on approach fits each session to the individual through modifications and alternatives.
Holly’s previous career as a professional dancer means she is always developing creative and challenging movements.
After recovering from a hip operation in 2020, Holly completely understands how it truly feels to rebuild your body from ground zero. She swears by Barre and the fact that it brought back her stability, strength, balance and flexibility.
